Session 1: The Intake

Your Treatment Plan

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes, held virtually via secure video. Frequency is typically weekly to start, then adjusted as you progress.

Between Sessions

Real growth happens in between appointments. You'll walk away from each session with clear next steps and tools you can actually use.
