Complete Intake

Once your consultation is verified, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and access to our HIPAA-compliant client portal through SimplePractice.

In the email, you’ll have the option to add the appointment to your calendar and access the secure video link for your Telehealth session.

Inside the client portal, you’ll complete your intake paperwork and a brief questionnaire to help your clinician better understand your needs.

Begin Care

Once your intake is complete, you’ll meet with a licensed clinician who will help you explore your concerns and begin creating a personalized care plan focused on your goals and well-being.

What types of therapy services do you offer?

We provide virtual individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy for adolescents and adults. Each service is designed to support emotional wellness, improve relationships, and help clients build long-term coping skills and resilience.

Do you offer virtual (tele-health) therapy?

Yes. All sessions are conducted securely through tele-health, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home. Virtual therapy offers flexibility, convenience, and consistent access to care without travel time.

Who do you work with?

We work with adolescents and adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth challenges.

How do I know if therapy is right for me or my child?

If emotions, stress, or relationship challenges are impacting daily life, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy — many clients come to improve coping skills, build confidence, or gain support navigating life changes.

What happens during the first session?

Your first session is an intake appointment where your therapist will get to know you, discuss your concerns, review history, and help establish goals for therapy. This session helps us create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

How long are therapy sessions?

Most sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes. Session length may vary depending on treatment needs and service type.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept a variety of insurance plans and also offer private-pay options. Our team will help verify your benefits before your intake session so you understand your coverage and costs.

What if I prefer to pay privately?

Private-pay options are available for clients who prefer flexibility or choose not to use insurance. Private-pay therapy allows for greater privacy and personalized treatment planning.

Is tele-health therapy effective?

Yes. Research shows that tele-health therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health concerns. It also improves consistency by making therapy easier to attend regularly.

How often will I attend therapy?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish progress. Frequency may adjust over time based on your goals, needs, and therapist recommendations.

How long will I need therapy?

Therapy is individualized. Some clients attend short-term to work through specific concerns, while others choose ongoing therapy for continued growth and support. Your treatment plan will be discussed collaboratively with your therapist.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapy is confidential and protected by privacy laws. Your therapist will review confidentiality and any legal exceptions during your first session so you fully understand your rights.

Can parents participate in adolescent therapy?

Yes. Depending on the needs of the adolescent, parents may be included through family sessions or periodic check-ins to support progress and strengthen communication at home.

What if I feel nervous about starting therapy?
